Agreement to Terms

By using Our-Memory, you agree to these terms. We've designed them to protect both you and our community of respectful, intentional users.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Our-Memory. The service is designed for private, consensual communication between partners.

2. Invitation-Only Access

Our-Memory operates on an invitation-only model. Each invitation code is single-use and valid for 7 days. Misuse of invitations may result in account termination.

3. Credits & AI Avatar

AI Avatar calls consume credits at the current rate shown in your Wallet. Credits have no cash value and are non-refundable. You are responsible for monitoring your balance.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Our-Memory for harassment, illegal activities, or sharing non-consensual content. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these principles.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you share. Our-Memory is granted only the minimal rights necessary to deliver the service — encrypted storage and transmission.

6. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. All data will be permanently removed from our servers within 24 hours of deletion.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our-Memory is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
